Anything that makes our Team Members better makes us better. That’s why you’ll find a variety of opportunities to learn and grow here. These include a lively two-week training for frontline staff and a Train-the-Trainer program that prepares people to become awesome mentors to new hires. You’ll be able to use the company-funded explore! program to expand your knowledge and expertise, or just pursue your passion! And because we want to help you stay healthy, we have weekly fitness and yoga workouts as part of Corporate Wellness.
What do people like most about working at Kuvera? In our survey, they told us their favorite things are working with their fellow Team Members and making sure Guests have a great experience. Many feel that their co-workers are their extended families. At Kuvera, we foster this sense of belonging by giving you plenty of opportunities for fun social interactions, whether it’s a barbeque in the parking lot or a friendly competition on Workplace, our at-work social channel.
Our friendly work environment is built on ongoing communication and regular feedback. As a Team Member, you’ll stay in the loop through positive practices ranging from small-group huddles to companywide gatherings. You’re always welcome to share your thoughts and suggestions on our Idea Forum or during one-on-one check-ins and in town halls. On Day One, we’ll sign our Open Communication Pledge together to make this two-way commitment official.
