Vision and Leadership
Kuvera's Founding Partner, Spoony Singh, passed away October 18, 2006 at the age of 83. Singh's development of successful ventures in numerous industries throughout Canada and the United States is a testament to his unyielding determination and resourcefulness.
He was an intelligent entrepreneur whose creativity and energy was always visible by the twinkle in his eyes. Whether he was consolidating shifts in saw mills for higher profitability or riding an elephant in the Hollywood Christmas Parade, Spoony possessed a rare combination of operations and marketing savvy.
Spoony continues to be an inspiration to the company and retains a place in history as the creator of the first and longest-running celebrity wax museum in the U.S.
"He was an intelligent entrepreneur whose creativity and
energy was always visible by the twinkle in his eyes..."
Kuvera's current leadership is comprised of three of Spoony's sons and one of his grandsons, but the company has made the significant transition from a family-run business to a structured nationwide enterprise.
Managing Partner Raubi Sundher succeeded Spoony at the helm in 1987 and has more than tripled the company's assets since that time.
The partners have each spearheaded and continue to direct corporate initiatives in their areas of expertise: Kabir Sundher streamlined operations; Jay Sundher increased sales and implemented corporate training; and Tej Sundher solidified and expanded the company's brands.
Together, the partners are the driving force behind the company's vision of excellence, ongoing strategic growth and industry leadership. From being the first in storage to provide a customer-focused experience to introducing the world's first 5D haunted attraction, Kuvera Partners inspires its staff, vendors, industry colleagues, and strategic partners with its innovations and drive. In this case, following in your father's footsteps means always moving forward.
